About us

Cherry care Services was established in memory of a loved family member who required 24 hour care support at home due to disability from a debilitating and rapidly progressing illness. During the latter period of the illness, the social care services became involved and were very helpful in providing relief care workers through private care providers, who in our experience were very good at providing a pre-agreed care plan. We also came to the realisation that care requirements can be a fluid process with the potential of additional unplanned needs arising progressively,highlighting the importance of attention to detail by carers and continuous communication.

We therefore decided to start a new domiciliary care service, to provide
support to others who may be in a similar situation, assist those who may require support for other reasons, or simply to help to improve their independent lifestyle in their own home, and to use our experience to provide a better outlook for those in need of care and support beyond their basic daily needs.

Our main objectives are therefore

• To offer skilled care to enable people who live in their own homes to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being

   

• To adopt a flexible approach with all our Service Users by responding sensitively to their changing needs and preferences, helping them to maintain their independence, and preserving their quality of life
